InDesign Consultant
Designs, modifies and implements software applications integrating with Adobe InDesign Server. Recommends and defines use of software applications and tools. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis and certification of software. Provides technical support to project team members. Extensive knowledge of a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures in the field of integration with Adobe InDesign Server. Has industry experience interfacing with InDesign Server API. Often leads a group of software developers/engineers. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Essential Functions:
Subject Matter Expert in integration and automation of InDesign CS4 Server.
Design and develop software applications.
Improve software stability thorough unit and system testing.
Perform production support development for all production support issues.
Participate in all coordinated testing efforts and software release efforts.
Guide development of junior developers and research best practices.

The Intersect Group is working with a client in Alpharetta, GA who is in need of a Cognos Developer / Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract to permanent position.
Cognos 8.4 Data Manager/DecisionStream – 4 years Minimum
Cognos 8.4 BI Studio
Cognos 8.4 Framework Manager
Cognos 8 Administration – 3 Years Minimum
Minimum of 4 years of Report Development and Modeling experience with Cognos BI Suite to include Cognos 8 and or ReportNet, Framework Manager, Transformer, Cognos Connection.
Minimum of 4 years in developing OLAP structures, reports, complex queries, dashboard and ad-hoc builder with various Cognos tools.
Minimum of 4 years of Data Warehousing concepts (ETL, data marts, staging, ODS). Applicants should understand logical and physical data modeling concepts (normalization, star schema) and have experience in designing, building and deploying data warehousing solutions.
5+ Years with Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing tools.
5+ Years in one or more DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL).
Hands on experience gathering business requirements and translating them to formalized design specifications.
Proficiency with Report, Dashboard and Scorecard design and development.
Working knowledge of design/implementation of SOA in Data Management.
Experience with software implementation methodologies.
Experience in Financials (Oracle, Lawson or SAP) and in-depth understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
Bachelor of Science degree
